1. Conscious and subconscious mind:
No | Conscious mind | Subconscious mind |
1 | Our conscious mind is similar to a normal car. You must operate the car. It will stop if you press the brake. Whatever you do, it will respond quickly. | Your subconscious mind, on the other hand, works as an automatic car. Even if you own a car, it will make decisions on its own. The only requirement is that you have to construct it in good condition. |
2 | When you sleep, your conscious mind rests. | Your subconscious mind, on the other hand, does not sleep at night. |
3 | The conscious mind is similar to an adult’s. It will grasp the situation logically. It will not believe anything until it is supported by proof and reasoning. | The subconscious mind, on the other hand, is like a three-year-old toddler. Whatever you say will be believed. |
2. Reprogram your subconscious mind:
Brushing, driving, and bathing are just a few examples of tasks we do in our subconscious minds. Have you ever wondered, “How did I get all the way there?” I couldn’t recall anything. Happened? This is wonderful since your recurrent thoughts will be stored in your subconscious mind. It will complete the task automatically. Similarly, your subconscious mind preserves your mental processes and beliefs. Whatever you imprint on your subconscious mind, it will believe it and make it happen.
We all know that books are beneficial. We all know that eating vegetables is beneficial. We are well-versed in all nice things. We understand the significance of saving and investing. We didn’t, however, follow any of the instructions. Why?
You decided to get up at 5 a.m. after reading a fantastic motivational book. But the next day, when your alarm goes on, you quickly turned it off and went back to sleep. Remember that this is not because you are too lazy to get out of bed. The reason for this is that we find these to be tedious. You despise waking up. You don’t enjoy eating healthy food. As a result, your subconscious mind perceives these activities as boring and will not allow you to engage in them. The key is to train your subconscious mind. You must convince your subconscious mind that these are significant matters and that you love them.
3. Repetition:
A repetition is a strong tool for reprogramming your subconscious mind. As previously said, the actions we perform repeatedly are stored in our subconscious mind. You must repeat the concepts, words, or thoughts. Repetition is important, especially when your conscious mind is turned off and your subconscious mind is turned on. That is both before and after sleeping. Sit in a comfortable position and say aloud, “I am a great singer.” You should repeat whatever you want.

4. Visualization:
Visualize what you wish to reprogram in your subconscious mind. If you desire to become a millionaire, imagine purchasing a home, an automobile, and other items that you enjoy. Assume you are a real millionaire. Who exactly is a millionaire?
Remember that when you picture anything, you must completely believe it. Even if you have 1% doubt, it will not happen. According to the research, people who envisioned without a belief were more likely to end up with an unexpected conclusion. For example, some people dream of being millionaires, but deep down inside, they realize it isn’t realistic. We sometimes visualize scenarios that we know will never happen. It will not happen if you picture it with self-doubt. So keep in mind that visualization is more than simply a picture; it is a belief.

5. Desire vs Fear:
If you were asked to walk down the street, you would do so effortlessly. However, if you were asked to walk on a board, which is 20 feet above, you would refuse. Because, despite your intense desire to walk, your fear prevents you from doing so. So, in this case, your fear triumphs over your desire. You are giving fear control over your desire. Both fear and desire are competitors. You must decide who will be given authority.

6. How to Get Rid of Fear:
What is the cuase of fear? The answer is self-doubt. Fear emerges when you doubt yourself. How to Overcome Self-Doubt? Here’s an illustration.
A woman with a good voice is unable to sing on stage. because she had a negative experience on stage previously. She once made a mistake and burst into tears on stage. This previous encounter had a significant impact on her. Even though she had prepared perfect singing notes, she was unable to sing. But, after a few days, she returned to the stage and sang flawlessly. How did this happen? She revealed the secret to conquering fear.
She sat in a comfortable chair, her face relaxed. She closed her eyes and repeated to herself, “I am a good singer. I can sing well.” She recited those lines five times. She used this procedure three times per day. After a week, she was able to overcome her fear and sing well. Through repetition, she gradually overcomes her apprehension.
7. Emotion:
Emotions have a big influence. Whatever you imagine, write, or think, it should all be emotionally charged. If you’re thinking of buying a car, for example, it won’t work. It’s important to imagine it as an emotional experience. Genuine feelings are required. You must be excited about the thought of buying a car. You must see things in a positive light. Your emotions have a big influence on how well it works.
8. Thoughts and beliefs:
If you believe in yourself, “I can’t afford this automobile, I can’t go on a trip,” you won’t go on a trip. It will happen as a result of what you think or believe. Your subconscious mind will interpret it as an order and work to fulfill it. This is why you should be optimistic. Keep in mind that your subconscious mind takes orders from your thoughts and beliefs. So, if you think positive thoughts and believe good things will come true, they will.

9. Mindfulness:
You should practice mindfulness in whatever you do. Mindfulness is nothing more than being fully present. Living in the present moment without considering the future or what has occurred in the past is important. The purpose of mindfulness is not to stop thinking or to clear one’s thoughts. Rather, the goal is to pay attention to your bodily sensations, thoughts, and emotions so that you can see them more clearly without making so many assumptions or making up stories.
If you are a teacher, teach with love and mindfulness. Give it your all if you are a painter. Whatever your passion is, if you work with mindfulness, you will enjoy the work, and the work will make miracles happen.
10. Decide to be happy:
What is happiness? Happiness is a decision, not an option. Let me ask you a question. Consider a person in your life who irritates and disturbs you on a regular basis. Is he/she genuinely bothering you? Not at all. It is your assumption only. You make a bad impression on him/her. So whatever they do would probably anger or disturb you. You are allowing them to have an impact on your life. You’re allowing them to ruin your happiness. Your life will change if you change your perspective on the world.

11. Sleep:
As I previously stated, your subconscious mind will never sleep. When you are unable to decide between two options, Allow your subconscious mind to make the decision and go to sleep. A woman is in a state of confusion. She received a promotion at her current company as well as a new job opportunity at another. She is at a loss as to what to do. She went to sleep believing that her mind would provide a suggestion. When she awoke, her intuition told her to turn down the new job offer and stay with the existing company. She declined the offer based on her instincts.
After three months, she learned that the company that offered her a job was a scam. Fortunately, she managed to escape. When you believe in your subconscious mind, it will perform wonders for you. This book contains a number of real-life examples.

Secrets to achieve success:
12. Choose what you want:
Sometimes we are unsure of what we want. We blame situations and fate without thinking. Nothing will change simply by sitting and blaming. Choose a goal. Determine what brings you joy. Determine your ambition.
13. Write down your objectives:
You must now write down your objectives. Did you know there’s a valid reason why one should write down their goals? According to the findings of a 2020 study, people have more than 6,000 thoughts every day on average.
As a result, if you have 6000 thoughts per day, your subconscious will become confused. It has no idea which is the most important thought. Writing it down is the only way to help your subconscious mind identify the important thought. This is why you should put down your objectives.
14. Backward planning:
When planning in reverse, you begin with your end goal and work backward from there to construct a strategy. Backward planning is simply imagining that you have already accomplished your goal. It is apparent. Now consider how you accomplished this. What steps have you taken so far? Consider how you got there, one by one.
15. Fake it till you make it:
Make your subconscious believe you’ve already accomplished it. Your subconscious mind doesn’t understand logic or the difference between true and false. If you want to be an entrepreneur, imagine that you are already one. Keep in mind that your visualization involves a lot of powerful emotions.
Though there are many lessons in this book, these are the main ones I’d want to share with you.
