1. You become what you think.
I hope you are all aware of the common fact that atoms of hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen make up 99 percent of your body. Water and organic substances like lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, and nucleic acids make up the majority of the human body. But did you know that virtually everything around you, including your social background, financial condition, love life, health, and almost everything else, is created entirely by your thoughts? People reportedly have more than 6,000 ideas every day on average, according to the findings of a study from 2020.

You will discover that there are many things that will run through your head when you take a moment to sit still and observe them. It never stops thinking about things that are silly, absurd, amusing, sad, unhappy, angry, frustrated, envious, pleased, and so forth. Whatever the case, thoughts are uncontrollable. But by paying attention to them, you have the power to change your thinking. The course of your thoughts is something you can control. Your life’s quality can be enhanced if you can manage your thoughts.
It is essential to concentrate on your thoughts because they directly affect your life. Everything is possible when your thinking is strengthened. We need to understand that thoughts lead to actions. That implies that altering your thoughts is necessary before altering your actions.

2. Clear thinking requires training.
Our brain is the most powerful tool we have had since birth. Human brains are the most precious gifts in the universe. The problem is that humans don’t know how to use it. Assume a 6-year-old child is permitted to use a laptop with free Wi-Fi. What do you think the child will do? The child is completely unaware of the situation. He or she will simply press some keys on the keyboard and may consider this a dull toy to play with.
Similarly, we are children in terms of how we use our brains. All we know about the brain is that it is a complicated organ that manages every bodily function as well as thought, memory, emotion, touch, motor skills, vision, respiration, temperature, and hunger. Realizing your brain’s superpowers is crucial if you want to improve the quality of your life.
I’d like to ask you a question. Can you join a gym for six months and expect to stay in shape for the rest of your life? Could you eat for a single day and then live a life without considering food? Almost everything that happens around us is a process that cannot be stopped. Similarly to this, thinking clearly does not mean thinking clearly for a week and then going back to the previous version.

Quality training is required in order to develop clear thinking. And you need to develop your thinking if you want to use that tool effectively. A life of reason is a life of knowledge. Learning to think clearly is crucial. Being able to think clearly requires planning. It needs the appropriate training.

3. From Chaos to Clarity:
The issue is that we don’t know how to receive the right training. When you are dealing with a certain issue, you will likely feel down, upset, angry, and so forth. You’ll start to believe that you deserve everything bad that occurs to you. You started to think back on your sad events. Eventually, you’ll grow frustrated, which will lower your status. Do you ever wonder why your life seems to be stuck in this situation? Why do horrible things always happen? Would allowing these types of thinking help you address your problem? absolutely never. Only by thinking clearly can you solve your problem.
Just concentrate on the problem’s underlying causes rather than blaming things. Try to identify the problem’s solutions. You can overcome anything in your life if you believe in yourself and are motivated. You cannot even deal with the simplest challenges in life if you don’t believe in yourself. Keep in mind that every problem has a great lesson to teach.

4. The Evolution of Thought
Thoughts are vital, but not all of them are worthwhile. The most important thing is the quality of your thinking. We can see from just a cursory glance at our surroundings that life is changing more quickly than before. Technology rules the world, education inflation rises, the cost of living rises quickly, but incomes don’t, you only have a limited time, and so on. You feel like you wake up in a new world every day because of how quickly life is changing.
What conclusions do you get from that? How do you endure? How do you modify your business for shifting market conditions? How can one improve in their career? How do you maintain your mental stability? It’s hard to control your thoughts. As long as modern society has existed, people have wanted to control their minds. The human mind is a tool for problem-solving, according to philosophers of all eras and places since the fifth century BC. And a lot of philosophers contend that the standard of your life is determined by the standard of your thinking.

5. Connect The Dot:
The brain is a magical thing that continually functions. The brain functions even when you’re not sitting down to think. The brain not only controls your entire body but also processes the information you take in. There is no end. It will be interesting to compare the updated data with the previous data. That is how we think and process information in order to generate fresh ideas.
Consider this: the first day is spent learning about the cosmos, space, and theories. On the second day, you study history, kingships, and ancient cultures. And then, after a week, you happen to catch a news report that briefly mentions stars in outer space. Your mind will now naturally make the connection between the old and new information. Yet again, if you read an article about archaeological research, your brain will likely make connections to related material that is already stored there.
Steve Jobs once said, “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. “
You must ensure that you form dots in your brain if you want the dots to join in the future. Dots can only be formed through learning, doing, making mistakes, pondering, or doing anything else that will provide your brain with the input it needs to produce the results you desire.

6. Stop “Thinking”:
You may experience occasional insomnia. Despite being exhausted, you are unable to fall asleep since your mind prohibits it. What kinds of thoughts do we typically experience while attempting to fall asleep?
- “I wonder what my boss thinks.”
- “What happens if I screw up and lose my job?”
- “I think he doesn’t care about me.”
- “I just keep failing.”
- “Does she love me?”
- “Why does my life stink?”
- “Why is my life awesome, but other people’s lives are not?”
- “I don’t care about my job. Is there something wrong with me? “
- “I can’t finish anything. What’s wrong with me? “
- “I want to quit.”
These are the most common thoughts that keep us awake at night. What are the implications of the preceding ideas? Such thoughts do not serve us well. However, we all have them. So, how exactly do you get rid of them? We have no control over our consciousness. We can only control which thoughts we act on. There’s no point in blaming yourself. “Why am I thinking this?” You are unable to stop thinking. You can not stop your brain from working. There is no pause button to press if you want to sleep peacefully. You can, however, control your thoughts.

You just tell yourself, “You don’t control me,” whenever negative thoughts come to mind. Try to switch those ideas from the bad to the good. Never let negative thoughts take up any space in your mind. It will ruin your life if you let it. Simply switch your negative thoughts with positive ones whenever you do. For example, if the thought occurs, “I just keep failing.” All you have to do is change your beliefs. “These setbacks have served as stepping stones to my success.” Following my success, I plan to share my journey, experiences, and failures with others in order to inspire them.”
“Any negative thoughts you may have should be quickly changed to good ones.” You will eventually have a good outlook on life if you continue doing this.

7. Take control:
Only consider issues that you have influence over. Because there isn’t much in life you can control, that automatically eliminates around 99 percent of your ideas. Concentrate solely on the factors that are within your power. Desires, actions, words, and intentions are examples of such things. A worthless thought is what? Everything is beyond your control and serves no useful purpose.
Considering your past is one example. Does it intend to alter anything? Thinking about your mistakes and negative experiences will simply make you less motivated. Every memory of the past has no value. You can reflect on the good and happy times in your life. You can learn from your mistakes. You can think about your past if it makes you happy. Unless otherwise, thinking about your past is a waste of time and energy. It is useless when viewed from that angle.
There are two primary categories of practical thoughts:
1. Considering problem-solving strategies:
An issue is simply an unresolved query. Consider ways to solve difficulties and use your thinking to do so. There are many people like that in the world.
2. Information acknowledgment:
That indicates: Consider how you may apply knowledge to your life, career, work, relationships, etc. by making an effort to internalize it. That’s it.
Every other thought can be disregarded. If you’re constantly thinking for no reason, it’s because you haven’t trained your mind yet. “Is that worth it?” you ask yourself. Do you really want to squander your time, energy, and life on meaningless thoughts? Commit to not thinking about things that aren’t important. Begin to regain control of your mind. You won’t benefit from your constant anxiety about the past and future. never did it. It also won’t ever.
